摘要
液体发酵白灵侧耳,从发酵全液中提粗多糖,研究其体内抗肿瘤活性。用0.2、0.4、0.8g/kg三个剂量组对荷S180小鼠进行灌胃。结果发现,白灵侧耳发酵全液粗多糖得率为0.97g/100ml,多糖含量为32.9%;低中高三个剂量组对肿瘤的抑制率分别为46.15%、55.42%和58.67%,同时能提高荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数。白灵侧耳发酵全液多糖具有抗肿瘤活性。
Extraction of crude polysaccharide from Pleurotusferulae submerged fermentation liquid and its anti-tumor activity in vivo were studied. S180 tumor-bearing mice were intragastdc administered with three doses: 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 g/kg separately. The result showed that the pick-up rate of crude polysaccharide from Pleurotusferulae submerged fermentation liquid was 0.97 g/ 100mi while the content of the polysaccharide was 32.9%. The three doses (0.2, 0.4, 0.8 g/kg) tumor inhibition ratios were 46. 15%, 55.42% and 58.67% respectively. Meanwhile, they could all elevate S180 tumor-beating mice' s thymus index and spleen index. So it is concluded that polysaccharide from submerged fermentation liquid of "Pleurotusferulae has anti-tumor activity.
