摘要
应用神经肽Y(NPY)抗体微量注射的方法。电刺激缰核(Hb)使动脉血压明显升高,同时伴有瞳孔扩大,胡须抖动等交感反应。孤束核(NTS)内微量注射NPY抗体,电刺激Hb的升压反应可被明显阻断52.14%,与其相伴的交感反应也被减弱。结果提示:Hb兴奋引起的升压反应与孤束核的活动有关,其间有NPY纤维的参与。
The experiment was performed in urethane anesthetized rats.Electrical stimulation of Hb quickly raised the arterial blood pressure,accompanied by other sympathetic reaction,such as mydriasis and pilo erection.The micro injection of NPY antiserum into NTS in the experiment may obviously block pressor and sympathetic reactions elicited by Hb.It showed that pressor of Hb related to activities of NTS in which NPY fiber paticipated.
