输精管结扎家兔血浆睾酮与皮质醇含量的动态变化

Dynamic changes of the plasma testosterone and the plasma cortisol in the rabbits after vasectomy

利用日本大耳白兔随机分为输精管结扎组（ＶＧ）和假手术组（ＳＯＧ），术后４、８、１２、１８、２２、２５个月分别测定血浆睾酮和皮质醇含量。结果表明，ＶＧ４、１２、１８、２２和２５月组血浆睾酮，皮质醇含量与ＳＯＧ各月比较均无显著差异，（Ｐ＞０．０５）。但是，输精管结扎后８月的血浆皮质酮含量明显低于ＳＯＧ８月（Ｐ＜０．０５），而血浆皮质醇含量则显著地高于ＳＯＧ８月（Ｐ＜０．０５）。血浆睾酮含量和皮质醇含量呈明显负相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Japanese white rabbits were divided into Vasectomy Group (VG) and Sham Operation Group (SOG).The level of plasma testosterone and the cortisol were detected in 4,8,12,18,22,25 months after vasectomy respectively.The level of the plasma testosterone in the VG was obviously lower than that in the SOG in 8 month after operation( P <0 05),but the change of the plasma cortisol was opposite ( P <0 05).There were no difference between the contents of the plasma testosterone and the plasma cortisol in the SOG after the rabbits had been vasectomied ( P >0 05).The content of the cortisol plasma cortisol in 8 month after vasectomy was highest.The plasma testosterone was negatively related to the plasma cortisol( P <0 05).
