水相悬浮法氯化高全同聚丁烯-1性能的研究

摘要 采用水相悬浮法氯化高全同聚丁烯-1(HIPB-1),其氯化产物氯化高全同聚丁烯-1(CHIPB-1)通过差示扫描量热法进行测试和分析。结果表明:HIPB-1被氯化后仍存有HIPB-1的晶型特征,随着氯含量增加,CHIPB-1的溶解性变好,CHIPB-1的特性粘数减小;氯质量分数在30%~60%时,CHIPB-1的热降解温度缓慢升高,氯质量分数超过60%时,其热降解温度明显上升;CHIPB-1的密度、拉伸强度及硬度要比HIPB-1的高,但是其断裂伸长率和维卡软化温度明显下降。 High isotactic polybutene-1 (HIPB-1) was chlorinated by aqueous suspension method. Chlorination products CHIPB-1 were tested and analyzed through DSC. The results show that CHIPB-1 still contains crystallization characteristic of HIPB-1. With increasing the chlorine content, solubility of CHIPB-1 becomes good, intrinsic viscosity number of CHIPB-1 reduces. When chlorine content is between 30% and 60%, heat-degradation temperature of CHIPB-1 rises slowly. When chlorine content exceeds 60%, heat-degradation temperature of CHIPB-1 rises quickly. The tensile strength, hardness and density of CHIPB-1 are higher than those of HIPB-1, but enlongation at break and Vicat softening point bring down obviously.
