摘要
采用热聚合法制备聚磷酸三聚氰胺(MPP)无卤阻燃剂,与固体酸协同阻燃玻纤增强尼龙6材料,实现了玻纤增强尼龙6的无卤阻燃。研究发现:固体酸的引入可增强体系凝聚相阻燃作用,促进材料在燃烧时形成更为连续、致密的炭层。添加质量分数30.00%MPP,质量分数3.00%固体酸可使质量分数30.00%玻纤增强PA6材料达UL94-1.6mm V-0阻燃级别,材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度、冲击强度分别可达84.3MPa,3.8%,128MPa,3.4kJ/m^2,具有良好的综合性能。
Halogen-free flame retardant melamine polyphosphate (MPP) was prepared through heat polymerization. The MPP together with solid acid (ST) was used as the flame-retardant of glass fibers reinforced polyamide 6 (GF/PA6), thus the halogen-free flame-retardation of GF/PA6 was achieved. The results show that the introduction of ST improves the flame-retarded effect of condensed phase in this flame-retarded system, promotes the formation of much more condensed and closed char layers in combustion. With adding 30.00% MPP and 3.00% ST, the GF/PA6 reinfored by 30.00% GF achieves UL94-1.6 mm V-0 rating, and the tensile strength, elongation at break, bend strength, and impact strength are 84.3 MPa, 3.8 %, 128 MPa and 3.4 kJ/m^2 respectively. It possesses preferable combination performance.
