磁带记录设备刹车机构制动力及方向比的计算

摘要 作为带式刹车机构的一种“双向弹性拉紧”方式的刹机构越来越多地应用在较讲究的专业录音机和录像机上。比起“单向拉紧”方式,其优点是制动过程更加柔和平稳,制动方向比的设计更为容易。本文在对A80录音机和APR-80录像机刹车机构分析的基础上,探讨了各有关因素与制动力及其方向比在数学上的关系,并导出了相应的计算公式,实例验算表明,它在该类型机构的计算方面有较高的精确性,因而对产品设计和设备维护具有实用价值和指导意义。 As a kind of band braking mechanism,the'two-way elasticpull-tight'mode is more and more applied in relatively exquisite professionalaudio Tape recorders and rideo tape recorders.Comparing with the'one-wayelastic pull-tight'mode,its advantages are,braking process is more soft andsmooth,then design of braking force direction ratio is more easy.Based on theanalysis of braking mechanism of A80 tape recorder and VPR-80 VTR,thisarticle approaches the mathematical relationship of each relative fact withthe braking force and the direction ratio,and deduces the relevant calculationformula.The example checking presents that this formula has a rather high-grade precision in calculation of this kind of mechanism,so it is of practicalvalue and steering significance to the productor designing and eguipmentmaintenance.
