非小细胞肺癌组织COX-2和VEGF-C及C-erbB-2的表达与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究COX-2、VEGF-C、C-erbB-2在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测52例非小细胞肺癌组织中COX-2、VEGF-C及C-erbB-2的表达水平,结合临床资料进行分析。结果52例肺癌中,COX-2阳性34例(65.4%),VEGF-C阳性33例(63.4%),C-erbB-2阳性35例(67.3%)。COX-2、VEGF-C、C-erbB-2的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关;COX-2、VEGF-C、C-erbB-2之间的表达呈正相关。结论COX-2、VEGF-C、C-erbB-2的表达呈正相关,它们可能在基因水平相互调控;COX-2、VEGF-C及C-erbB-2在NSCLC中的高表达,与肿瘤的发展、淋巴结转移有密切的联系。 Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2,VEGF-C and C-erbB-2 in non-small cell lung cancer and their correlations with lymph node metastasis. Methods The expression of COX-2, VEGF-C and C-erbB-2 in 52 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were detected by immunohistochemical method ,and their correlations with lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results In the 52 cases, the positive rates of COX-2 ,VEGF-C and C-erbB-2 were 65.4% ,63.4% and 67.3% respectively. The expression of COX-2, VEGF-C and C-erbB-2 positively correlated with tumor stages and lymph node metastasis. The expression of COX-2, VEGF-C and C-erbB-2 positively correlated with each other. Conclusion COX-2, VEGF-C and C-erbB-2 may condition each other at gene level. The high expression of COX-2, VEGF-C and C-erbB-2 is associated with progression and metastasis of lung cancer.
