肺癌病人IL-6水平的检测及临床意义

Clinical significance and detection of serum IL-6 level in the patients with lung cancer

采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对３０例肺癌患者血清ＩＬ－６水平进行了检测。结果表明：肺癌患者血清ＩＬ－６水平明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），与其组织类型和临床分期无差异，同时肺癌与肺部良性疾病组间差异不显著；接受抗癌药物治疗后肺癌患者血清中ＩＬ－６水平比化疗前有升高。提示ＩＬ－６可能成为肺癌的诊断及预后的监测指标之一。

The serum level of IL-6 in 30 patients with lung cancer was detected by ELISA method.The results showed that the serum level of IL-6 in the patients with lung cancer was much higher than that in the normal control ( P <0 01).And the serum IL-6 levels were not significantly different among various histological types and clinical stages in the patients with lung cancer.However,no significant difference was observed in the patients between lung cancer and benign lung diseases.The serum IL-6 levels increased in the patients with lung cancer after the chemotherapy.The results suggest that IL-6 levels can be regarded as one of the predictors for diagnosis and prognosis in the patients with lung cancer.
