摘要
对鼠后牙缺失的髁状突软骨和关节盘组织的形态学变化进行观察。旨在从软骨的组织学变化探讨牙合异常与颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的关系。结果发现:实验组双侧髁状突软骨各细胞层均有不同的改变,增殖区变薄,细胞数量减少,细胞形态异常。过渡层变薄。关节盘内胶原纤维呈多向性走行,表明多数后牙缺失对颞下颌关节髁状突和关节盘的组织结构均有影响。
The study was to observe morphology change of rat′s bilateral articular disc and condyles cartilage after missing teeth.The purpose was to probe into the relation between damage of temporomandibular joint cartilage and occlusion function disturbance in rats. The results showed that there were some changes in each cellular layer of bilateral condyles cartilage;proliferative layer and transitive layer became thin or almost disappeared.The amount of cells became less and morphology of cells changed.The collagen fiber went in many direction.The results indicated that there existed the effects of missing teeth on bilateral mandibular condyles cartilage and tissue structure of articular disc.
