The forestry enterprise as a kind of resources enterprise, is playing the pivotal role in the development of national economy. To establish the perfect internal control system of forestry enterprise and enhance the efficiency and the effect of the internal control are the key to move enterprises effectively and ensure its healthy development. The paper first goes through the analysis on present situation and the reason of the internal control of forestry enterprise, then proposes some measures to strengthen the internal control of forestry enterprise.
