从构建和谐林区出发,重点论述了如何处理好森林公安与林业工作、森林公安与资源管护其他力量、森林公安与国有林场、森林公安的生存与发展、森林公安执法中“宽”与“严”、森林公安执法中打击与防范、森林公安与地方政府部门、森林公安民警学习与工作的八个关系;提出以处好八个关系促和谐,以增强六种意识强素质,以倡导六种作风求发展的观点,为构建和谐林区打好坚实基础。
