摘要
对不同激素类型、激素浓度对芋茎尖组织分化的影响进行了研究,利用双抗夹心酶联免疫法检测芋茎尖分生组织分化的再生植株带病毒情况,并进行脱毒试管芋大田评比试验。结果表明:茎尖分化培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg·L^-1+NAA0、2mg·L^-1+3.0%蔗糖,小茎尖的脱毒效果最好,脱毒率达100%,脱毒试管芋种植大田较其常规种芋增产20.14%。
This paper studies the effects of different types and concentrations of hormone on the differentiation of shoot tip of taro(Colocasia esculenta). ELISA assay was used to test virus of the plants of taro,and field trial of in vitro corms of virus-elimination was made. The results show that suitable cultural medium is MS + 6 -BA 2.0 mg·L^-1 + NAA 0.2 mg·L^-1 + 3.0 % sucrose for culturing shoot tip of taro. To the taro, small shoot tip(0.3 - 0.5 mm) is most effective for virus-elimination,the rate of virus-elimination is 100 %. The yield of virus-elimination in vitro corms is increased by 20.14 %.
