摘要
采用L16(4^5)正交设计研究蔗糖浓度、激素配比、温度和光照时间对慈姑试管球茎形成的影响。结果表明:4因子对结球株率和单株结球数都有显著影响,以组合蔗糖浓度60g·L^-1,激素配比6-BA:NAA=0:0,温度22℃,光照时间0h,结球株率和单株结球数均为最高值,为诱导试管慈姑的优选组合。
Abstract The effects of sucrose concentration, 6 - BA : NAA, temperature and illumination time on microtuber induction of Sagittaria trifolia Linn. var. sinensis Makino were studied by using orthogonal design L16 ( 4^5 ). The results showed that, all of 4 factors could influence the ratio of microtuber setting, and the number of microtuber per plantlet significantly, and 60 g·L sucrose at 22 ℃ was the best combination to induce tubers in vitro of Sagittaria trifolia Linn. var. sinensis Makino. Thus we could gain the highest value both in the ratio of microtuber setting and the number of microtuber per plantlet.
