摘要 研究了育苗方式、轮作、底肥、采种部位及激素对水芹繁种的影响。结果表明:采用无性繁殖生产水芹种子,种子产量高、质量好;采用轮作方式繁殖水芹种子能有效增加产量,提高种子发芽势及发芽率;主枝及一、二侧枝产种量占种子总量的比例大,种子质量好;矮壮素、缩节胺和多效唑对水芹植株生长以及种子产量均有一定的影响,使用浓度为800mg·kg^-1多效唑的水芹种子产量最高,使用矮壮素种子产量最低。 This experiment studies the effects of seedling culture form, crop rotation, base fertilizer dose, seed setting location and hormones on seed reproduction of water dropwort [ Oenanthe javanica ( BI. ) DC. ]. The results showed that the asexual seedlings could increase seed production and improve seed quality. The rotation can also effectively increase yield and raise seed germination potential and rate. The majority seeds were borne on the main stems, 1^st and 2^nd branches. The hormones have certain effects on plant growth and seed setting, and especially spraying PP333 with concentration of 800 mg·kg^-1 can increase seed yield than other treatments.
