摘要 利用半导体光放大器(Semiconductor Optical Amplifier,SOA)中的四波混频(Four Wave Mixing,FWM)效应,实验实现了速率为10Gbit/s的全光波长变换。将信号光和泵浦光同时注入SOA中,当它们同偏振时,将产生四波混频。利用光学滤波器,滤出四波混频分量,即可实现信号光的波长变换。利用SOA-FWM效应的光波长变换,可以同时得到波长上行和波长下行的波长变换。 The wavelength conversion of 10 Gb/s optical pulse based on four-wave mixing in semiconductor optical amplifier is demonstrated. FWM happened after signal laser and pump laser were injected into SOA with the same polarization. By using optical filter to filter out mixing light, the wavelength conversion of signal laser can be obtained. Both upward wavelength conversion and downward wavelength conversion are obtained at the same time.
