介绍了乌龙茶可控振动做青设备的结构特点,通过将偏心轮机构简化为曲柄滑块机构,进而确定在一定驱动速度下茶叶起振条件,为实现一定做青工艺效果打下基础。
The manipulative control device using in oolong green-making has been applied for processing tealeaves. The structures of new oolong make-green device are briefly introduced and confirmed the vibratory condition of tea leaf under a certain drive velocity by predigesting the eccentric mechanism, which lay down basis on arriving at regular process effect.
