摘要 设计了基于多种智能方法的轴承试验机故障监测系统,该系统可实现轴承试验机的在线监测,对被试验轴承的的振动信号的时域与频域指标通过多种智能算法进行分析,从而实现轴承故障的综合实时诊断,整个试验过程数据通过网络传送到上位机进行显示并存储到数据库中。该系统在轴承生产企业得到了成功的应用。 A bearing fault diagnostic system based on hybrid intelligent algorithm was designed. The system can monitor the health status of bearings tested on the test bed through sensers of vibration and temperature, analyze the aquired signal in frequency domain and time domain by sevaral intelligent algorithm such as fuzzy Inference, wavelet neural network, etc. and then diagnoses if there are some fault occur on the tested bearings. The diagnostic results can be transferred to computers through network. The system has been applied in a bearing plant suceesfully.
