摘要
目前普遍采用稳态性能计算模型计算机组的煤耗,而没有考虑机组在较大幅度变负荷、启停等非稳态过程中,锅炉的蓄热量对于机组煤耗的影响。文中针对这一问题,对考虑锅炉蓄热的机组非稳态工况下的煤耗计算方法和蓄热对煤耗计算结果的影响进行了研究。建立了结合电厂实际的、用于机组非稳态工况煤耗计算的锅炉系统离散化动态模型,汽水、烟气和金属蓄热量的计算模型和考虑锅炉蓄热的煤耗量计算模型,进行了实例计算与分析,并与稳态模型的计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,锅炉蓄热对结果的影响较大,机组非稳态工况下煤耗量的计算应考虑锅炉中蓄热的影响。
At present, coal consumption of power generating unit is generally calculated by steady performance model, and the fairly large heat storage in boiler during the unsteady process, such as large state variation, start-up or shut-down condition of the unit, is ignored. In order to solve this problem, coal consumption calculation method considering heat storage in boiler for unsteady condition of the unit and effect of heat storage on results of coal consumption were studied. Discrete dynamic model for boiler system, model for heat storage calculation in steam/water, gas and metal, model for coal consumption calculation considering heat storage in boiler were established. These models were applied to a 200MW unit, and the results were compared with that of steady performance model. Results show that effect of heat storage in boiler on coal consumption is obvious and it should be considered in the calculation of the unit under unsteady condition.
