大鼠胚胎体节形成前的形态学分期研究

摘要 为了对第9天大鼠胚胎的生长发育阶段特征有更详细的了解,研究了Wistar种大鼠第9天胚胎生长发育的 解剖镜下形态学特点,根据其特点进行了能代表第9天胚胎生长发育的分期.各期特征如下:第1期:羊膜完全形成,但未见神经沟,第2期:前面观可见正中线上的神经沟、侧面观未见神经褶,第3期:神经褶清晰、未见前肠,第4期:可见前肠、未见体节.作者认为这种分期方法简便、实用、准确. To stage the presomite rat embryos on the 9th day, the morphological landmarks were studied in Wistar rats by dissecting microscopy. The stage was made according to the landmarks. The landmarks of each stage were as follows : Stage 1: amnion complete takes shape but no neural groove appears, Stage 2: the neural groove is visible from front view, but no neural fold from lateral view, Stage 3: neural fold becomes clear, but no foregut is visible, Stage 4: foregut appears, but no somite does. This staging system for presomite embryos is simple, practical and accurate.
