旋喷桩在朝阳广场的应用

Application of Chemical Churning Piles in Chaoyang Plaza Project

介绍了工程中采用在旋喷桩位施工导孔、卵石层中下入PVC管、合理设置喷射压力、重复喷射、控制水泥浆液质量及喷射量等多种措施,保证了旋喷桩在卵石层中的成桩质量,达到了较好的防渗效果。在护坡桩间设置旋喷桩(止水帷幕)增大了土体的摩擦力和粘聚力,还可起到抵抗土压力的作用。

Taking measures as making guide holes in pile sites,embedding PVC tubes in the boulder bed,setting proper jetting pressure,repeating jetting,controlling the quality of cement mortar and jetting quantity and so on,ensured the quality of chemical churning piles in boulder bed and effected the seepage control.Setting chemical churning piles（impervious curtain） between revetment piles not only increased the friction and cohesive strength of soil,but also resisted the soil pressure.
