摘要
结合上海地区大量高层建筑打入桩基和钻孔桩基的长期沉降观测资料,对比分析软土地区打入桩基和钻孔桩基竣工沉降、最终沉降的大小,结果表明钻孔桩基的长期沉降特性明显优于打入桩基,并探讨了其机理。
Based on long-term settlement monitoring data of driven pile and cast-in-place pile of large quantity of high-rise buildings in Shanghai, the comparison of construction period settlement and finally monitoring settlement for driven pile and cast-in-place pile were analyzed.The results show the long-term settlement behavior of cast-in-place pile is better than that of driven pile.Finally the mechanism of them was discussed.
