摘要 目的研究大叶蒟Piper laetispicum根和茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,通过波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从大叶蒟根和茎中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为N-异丁基-(3,4-亚甲二氧基苯)-2E,7E-九碳二烯酰胺[N-isobutyl-(3,4-methylendioxyphenyl)-2E,7E-nonadienamide,Ⅰ]、N-异丁基-(E)-7-(3,4-亚甲二氧基苯)七碳-2-烯酰胺(pipercallosidine,Ⅱ)、N-异丁基-7-(3,4-亚甲二氧基苯)-2E,4E-七碳二烯酰胺[N-isobutyl-7-(3,4-methylendioxyphenyl)-2E,4E-heptadienamide,Ⅲ]、4,5-二氢荜茇明宁碱(4,5-dihydropiper-longuminine,Ⅳ)、1-肉桂酰吡咯烷(1-cinnamoylpyrrolidine,Ⅴ)、胡椒醇(piperitol,Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为大叶蒟酰胺B(laetispiamideB);化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemcial constituents in the root and stem of Piper laetispicum. Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral methods. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified from the root and stem of P. laetispicum. N-isobutyl-(3, 4-methylendioxyphenyl)-2E, 7E-nonadienamide ( Ⅰ ), pipercallosidine (Ⅱ), N-isobutyl-7-(3, 4-methylendioxyphenyl)-2E, 4E-heptadienamide (Ⅲ), 4, 5-dihydropiper- longuminine (Ⅳ), 1-cinnamoylpyrrolidine ( Ⅴ ), piperitol (Ⅵ). Conclusion Compound I is a novel one, named as laetispiamide B and compound Ⅱ is isolated from P. laetispicurn for the first time.
