山柰的超临界CO_2萃取工艺研究

摘要 目的优化山柰的超临界CO2萃取工艺。方法通过正交试验,采用气相色谱法测定其中苯甲醛的量,采用极差、方差对试验数据进行分析。结果最佳工艺为萃取温度55℃、萃取压力20MPa、分离压力9MPa,在分离釜Ⅱ中收集主要提取物。结论萃取温度、分离压力对山柰的超临界CO2萃取工艺有显著性影响。 Objective To optimize the extracting process for Kaempferia galanga by supercritical CO2 extraction. Methods GC was used to determine the contents of benzaldehyde. Orthogonal design was used to optimize supercritical CO2 extraction process. Range and variance analysis were used to deal with the test data. Results The optimum process was established as following: the extracting technique was dealt with under 20 MPa as extracting pressure; 55 ℃ as extracting temperature and 9 MPa as separating pressure. The main extracts were collected in separated kettleⅡ . Conclusion The extracting temperature and separating pressure would make remarkably effects on CO2 extracting results of K. galanga.
