摘要
提出一种新的调压阀流量特性测量方法:一次填充法。该方法的原理是通过调压阀向一个封闭容器充气,通过分析充气过程中的准平衡过程来得到减压阀的流量特性。对一次填充法建模与仿真,并利用该方法对普通调压阀AR20和精密调压阀IR2000流量特性进行测量试验,试验结果表明该方法和传统法相比具有测量效率高、耗气量少、精度较高等特点。
A new approach of regulator flow charactoristics measurement is presented: filling-for-once method. Its principle is to fill a tank through a tested regulator, and to abtain the flow characteristics of the regulator by analyzing the quasi-balance section during the filling process. By modeling and simulation of the method, and experimental investigation of the flow characteristics of a regulator AR20 and precise regulator IR2000 with this method, the method is proved to be of more efficency, less air consumption and higher precision than the conventional method.
