"外嫁女"问题是我国农村工业化、城镇化进程中出现的新问题。文章通过对侵害农村"外嫁女"土地承包权益的表现及其成因进行分析,对保护农村"外嫁女"土地承包权益相关立法缺陷提出了相应的完善措施。

The ＂out-married women＂ problem is a new problem during the industrialization and urbanization of the countryside. This paper analyses the manifestations and causes of the violation of the land contract rights and interests of the ＂out-married women＂, points out the legislative defects and brings forward relevant amendment measures.
