摘要
采用实验法和心理测量法,实证研究了减肥训练对学生身体自尊的积极影响。实验结果表明减肥训练对学生身体自尊有显著的影响,表现在身体自我价值感、运动能力、身体状况、身体吸引力及身体素质等方面的提高。同时发现减肥训练对男女学生的影响是不同的,主要表现在:实验前男生在身体自我价值感、运动能力、身体吸引力方面略高于女生,而女生在身体状况、身体素质方面略高于男生。实验后男生在各因素上都略高于女性,因此可以粗略判断减肥训练对男生身体自尊的影响可能略大些。
This paper testifies that losing weight has active effects on improving student's mental ability usingf experiment and psychology measurement. The result indicates that it is very helpful that losing weight can improve student' s self-evalu- ation, movement ability and physical quality and so on. At the same time, it finds that losing weight's influence is different between the male and the female. Before the test, the male is better than the female at self-evaluating and movement ability while the female is better than the male at physical quality. But after the test, the male is better than the female at all of the factors. So it can be concluded that losing weight has deeper effect on the male's physical quality and self-esteem.
