摘要
人们的健身文化观念随着现代经济发展的变化而变化,源自古老而神秘的印度瑜伽,成为越来越多人的选择。瑜伽发展至今约有五千多年的历史,它不断发展、变化,成为现代人喜欢的一种健身运动。瑜伽有一定的特点,对心肺功能、心理健康、身体形态及柔韧性、肥胖等都有一定的影响。
Body building culture of people have changed with the development of economy. Yoga originated from India has become the choice of many more people nowadays. It has 5000 years history and it develops and changes endlessly. Now, it becomes a body building sports that many people enjoy. Yoga owns its features, and it has effect on cardio respiratory function, psychology health, body-morph, tenacity and obesity and so on.
