镧对5CrMnMo热作模具钢力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了La对5CrMnMo钢的强度、硬度、塑性和冲击韧性的影响,并在相同的热处理工艺条件下,分别加入3种不同含量La后与不添加La的5CrMnMo钢的力学性能进行对比。结果表明:La加入量在适当的范围内可显著提高5CrMnMo的强度、硬度、塑性和冲击韧性,并且当La加入量为0.25%(质量分数)时,5CrMnMo钢可获得最好的综合力学性能。 Effect of lanthanum on strength,hardness,plasticity and impact ductility of 5CrMnMo hot die steel was studied.The mechanical properties of 5CrMnMo steel with three different contents of RE lanthanum were compared with those of the 5CrMnMo steel without RE lanthanum under the same heat treatment process.The result showed that the structure was clearly refined and the strength,hardness,plasticity and impact ductility of 5CrMnMo steel were improved greatly if the content of RE lanthanum was proper.When the content of RE lanthanum was 0.25%(mass fraction),the 5CrMnMo steel had the best mechanical properties.
