摘要
抗电侵蚀性能是衡量电接触材料品质的一个重要指标。对采用反应合成技术制备所得的银氧化锡电接触材料进行电接触试验,研究在直流、阻性负载条件下AgSnO2(10%,质量分数)的电接触性能。结果表明,反应合成法制备的AgSnO2(10%,质量分数)电接触材料在一定电流值范围内抗电侵蚀效果、抗熔焊能力好。在触点分断操作过程中电弧对材料的侵蚀效果要比闭合操作过程的侵蚀效果显著。
Electrical erosion resistance is one of the most important parameter for evaluating performances of electrical contact materials.To research contact performances of AgSnO2(10)some contact tests were carried out for silver tin oxide electrical contact materials which were fabricated by reactive synthesis under DC and resistance loads conditions.The results showed that the erosion resistance and welding resistance performances of the material fabricated by a reactive synthesis process were good working in a certain current range.The electrical erosion effect of arc on the material during the break operation was more significant than that during closed-cycle operation.
