区域知识吸收能力测度研究

The Measurement Research of Regional Knowledge Capability Based on the Method of Entropy Weight

根据前人对于知识吸收能力的相关研究,本文把企业知识吸收能力延伸到区域层面,采用荣格和瑞拜蒂诺知识吸收能力量、质和质量指标的评价思路,综合考虑人力资本、知识传播、交通、信息等因素对知识吸收能力的影响,构造了区域知识吸收能力综合评价体系,并证实了区域知识吸收能力相对稳定,说明区域知识吸收能力水平的提升有赖于长时间的知识积累、科技创新和基础设施投入。

This paper preliminarily look for the appropriate index system by considering human resource, knowledge diffusion, transportation communication factors influence to regional knowledge absorptive capability and adopting the knowledge absorptive capability estimate idea of Yoguel and Rabetino. Then built the regional knowledge absorptive capability estimate system and approve that the knowledge absorptive capability is relatively stable. Draw a conclusion that the exaltation of regional knowledge absorptive capability is depend on the knowledge accumulation science ＆ technology innovation and input of foundation establishment for a long time.
