专业化视角下创新型人才培养模式研究

Study on the Cultivation Model of Innovation-oriented Talents from the Specialized Angle of View

人才培养模式是培养人才的蓝图,直接关系到人才培养的质量。本文通过分析大学生就业不乐观的深层次原因,指出中国高等教育在人才培养模式上存在的问题,认为走内涵发展道路的高等教育必须构建以市场为导向,系统、优化、合理的人才培养模式。在此基础上,从专业化视角出发,提出了创新型人才培养模式,以面对高等教育大众化对我国高等教育改革提出的挑战。

Talents＇ cultivation model is the blueprint for cultivating talents, which is related to the quality of talents＇ cultivation directly. This paper indicates the existed problems on talents＇ cultivation model in Chinese higher education by analyzing the deeper reasons why university students cannot obtain employment optimistically. It also believes that the higher education, taking the way of connotative development, must construct market -oriented, systematic, optimized and reasonable talents＇ cultivation model. On this basic, from the specialized angle of view, it puts forward the innovation - oriented talents＇ cultivation model, in order to face the challenges on the reform of Chinese higher education, which is raised by popularization of higher education.
