基于AHP-GRAM模型的跨国并购投资风险评价

Based on the AHP-GRAM model in transnational M & A risk assessment

将灰色系统理论中的灰关联分析法(GRAP)与层次分析法(AHP)有机结合,可以构建AHP-GRAM评价模型,并引入到跨国并购投资方案的风险识别中。在此基础上进行实例分析,对我国某企业进行跨国并购多种方案的风险可能性大小得出准确判断。通过与模糊综合评价法进行对比,结果表明AHP-GRAM评价模型在跨国并购投资风险识别与综合评价中是可行的和有效的。

This article introduces Grey Relation Analytic Process of Grey System Theory into the risk recognition of enterprise＇ s international M＆A, based on the risk factors importance of all kinds of international M＆A which obtained by the specialist judgement. This article establishes the Grey Relation Appraisal model of international M＆A＇ s risk, and carry on the case analysis, and make the accurate judgement to the possible size of all kinds of enterprise＇ s M＆A plans beyond the border. Through carrying on the contrast with the Fuzzy Synthesis Appraisal, this article conclude that Grey Relation Appraisal model is effective and feasible in the risk assessment of enterprise＇ s M＆A beyond the border.
