摘要
目的研究一种皮肤黏膜消毒液的杀菌效果和反复使用的安全性,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法和动物试验法对其进行了杀菌效果和亚急性毒性观察。结果以含200mg/L有效碘与12.70mg/L醋酸氯己定的该消毒液作用1min,对悬液中的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均达5.0以上。含150mg/L有效碘与9.53mg/L醋酸氯己定的消毒液作用1min,对悬液中的铜绿假单胞菌杀灭对数值达5.0以上。含250mg/L有效碘与15.90mg/L醋酸氯己定的该消毒液作用1min,对悬液中的白色念珠菌杀灭对数值达4.0以上。以含有效碘4500mg/L和286mg/L醋酸氯己定组成的该消毒液原液擦拭消毒1min,对手和皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均大于1.0。该消毒液对大肠杆菌能量试验最低合格浓度为100mg/L有效碘和6.36mg/L醋酸氯己定。亚急性毒性试验动物血液常规检验项目无变化,各项生化指标均在正常范围;各脏器病理检查未发现病理改变。结论以有效碘与醋酸氯己定为主要成分的该皮肤黏膜消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭作用,对大鼠亚急性毒性试验未发现异常。
Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and safety during repeated use of a skin - mucous membrane disinfection solution in order to provide the basis for actual use. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to observe its germicidal efficacy and subacute toxicity. Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing 200 mg/L available iodine and 12.70 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate for 1 min were over 5.0. The killing logarithm value ofPseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing 150 mg/L available iodine and 9.53 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate for 1 min was over 5.0. The killing logarithm value of Candida albicaus in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing 250 mg/L available iodine and 15.90 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate for 1 min was over 4.0. Wiping disinfection with the disinfection solution containing available iodine 4500 mg/L and chlorhexidine acetate 286 mg/L for 1 min killed the natural bacteria on hand and skin surface by a logarithm value of over 1.0 in average. In capacity test of the disinfectant solution in killing E. coli , the minimal eligible concentration was available iodine 100 mg/L and chlorhexidine acetate 6.36 mg/L. In subacute toxicity test, the animal blood routine examination items showed no change, various biochemical parameters were within the normal ranges and no pathological change was found in pathological examination of various organs. Conclusions The skin - mucous membrane disinfection solution consisting of available iodine and chlorhexidine acetate has good killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi and does not cause abnormality in subacute toxicity test in rats.
