高效液相色谱法测定消毒剂中醋酸氯己定含量的不确定度评定

摘要 目的探讨影响高效液相色谱法检测消毒剂中醋酸氯己定准确度的主要因素,确保测定的准确性。方法依据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的测量不确定度评定理论,采用高效液相色谱法进行了评定。结果确定高效液相色谱法测定消毒剂中醋酸氯己定含量的合成标准不确定度为0.063g/L,扩展不确定度U95=0.12g/L。标准曲线、标准品纯度、定容体积、取样体积等引入的相对标准不确定度分项分别为0.030、0.0018、0.0021、0.0037。结论标准曲线的制作过程,人员操作的稳定性对测量不确定度影响最大,严格控制操作过程,可提高检测结果的准确性。 Objective To explore the main factors influencing the accuracy of measuring chlorhexidine acetate in disinfectant by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement. Method Based on the theory of assessing the degree of uncertainty of measurement in JJF 1059 - 1999 "assessment and expression of degree of uncertainty of measurement" HPLC was used to carry out assessment. Results The synthesis standard uncertainty of measuring chlorhexidine acetate content in disinfectant by HPLC was determined to be 0. 063 g/L and the expansion uncertainty U95 = 0.12 g/L. The sub -items of relative standard uncertainty such as standard curve, purity of standard product, size of constant volume and sampling volume were 0. 030, 0. 0018, 0. 0021 and 0. 0037 respectively, which should be considered in making standard curve. Conclusions The stability of operation by the operator exerts the largest influence on uncertainty of measurement, strict control of operation procedures can improve the accuracy of measured resuits.
