摘要
目的研究以橡子酚为主要成分的抗菌洗剂对淋病奈瑟菌和解脲支原体的体外抑菌效果。方法采用琼脂扩散法和肉汤稀释法分别对淋病奈瑟双球菌和解脲支原体的抑菌效果进行了观察。结果该抗菌洗剂对含菌量为107cfu/ml的淋病奈瑟菌的最小抑菌浓度为5mg/L橡子酚;该抗菌洗剂对含菌量为105cfu/ml解脲支原体的最小抑菌浓度为10mg/L橡子酚。结论该橡子酚抗菌洗剂在试验条件下对淋病奈瑟菌和解脲支原体有显著的抑菌效果。
Objective To study the efficacy of the antibacterial lotion containing phenol from oak seed as the main ingredient in in vitro inhibiting Nesseria gonorrhoeae and Ureaplasma urealyticum, Methods Agar diffusion method and broth dilution method were used to observe the efficacy in inhibiting N. gonorrhoeae and U. urealyticum respectively. Results The minimal bacteriostatic concentration of the antibacterial lotion for inhibiting the bacterial suspension containing 10^7 cfu/ml N. gonorrhoeae was 5 mg/L oak seed phenol and that for inhibiting the bacterial suspension containing 10^3 cfu/ml U, urealyticum was 10 mg/L oak seed phenol. Conclusion The oak seed phenol antibacterial lotion has obvious efficacy in inhibiting N. gonorrhoeae and U. urealyticum under experimental conditions.
