聚维酮碘消毒粉亚急性毒性实验研究

摘要 目的研究聚维酮碘消毒粉动物亚急性毒性,了解其应用的安全性。方法采用动物试验法和生化检验方法进行聚维酮碘亚急性毒性评价。结果在聚维酮碘给药观察期间,大鼠雄鼠高、中剂量组出现体重增长减慢,食物利用率降低等对生长发育的影响。试验动物血常规检验血红蛋白含量下降。试验动物各剂量组血清胆固醇和甘油三脂虽在正常波动范围,但血清胆固醇水平随剂量加大升高,甘油三酯水平有下降的趋势。高剂量组雌雄大鼠肾脏出现轻度肾小管变性等病理改变。结论聚维酮碘亚急性毒性试验表现出对动物有轻微毒性反应,此可能与过量碘摄入有关,提示聚维酮碘消毒剂不可长期大剂量使用和直接进入胃肠道。 Objective To study the subacute toxicity of povidone - iodine disinfection powder in animals and to know its safety for use. Methods Animal test method and biochemical examination method were used to evaluate the subacute toxicity of povidone - iodine. Results During observation on administration of povidone - iodine, influence on growth and development such as retardation of weight gain, decrease in food consumption, etc. were observed in male rats of high and middle dosage groups. Hemoglobin content decreased in blood routine examination of the test animals. Although the serum cholesterol and triglyceride in the test animals of various dosage groups were within the normal ranges of variation, the serum cholesterol level increased with increasing dosage and the triglyceride showed tendency of decrease. Pathological changes such as mild degeneration of renal tubules appeared in kidneys of male and female rats of the high dosage group. Conclusions Subacute toxicity test for povidone - iodine showed that the animals had mild toxic reaction which may be related to ingestion of excessive iodine, suggesting that povidone - iodine disinfectant should not be used in large dosage and for a long time and should not directly enter gastrointestinal tract.
