一种手消毒液杀菌效果的试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF A HAND DISINFECTION SOLUTION

目的研究以聚六亚甲基胍和乙醇为主要杀菌成分的手消毒液,了解其杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场试验进行了观察。结果该手消毒液的原液含聚六亚甲基胍4128mg/L与体积分数62.64%乙醇。以含体积分数25%该手消毒液原液作用0.5min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭对数值分别为7.35和5.46;以该手消毒液原液对白色念珠菌作用0.5min,平均杀灭对数值为6.39。菌悬液内含体积分数50%小牛血清对该手消毒液的杀菌效果无明显影响。用该手消毒液原液擦拭手部消毒1min,对手上自然菌平均杀灭对数值为1.56。结论该手消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,有机物对其杀菌效果无明显影响。

Objective To study the hand disinfection solution containing polyhexamethylene guanidine and ethanol as the main germicidal ingredients and to know its germicidal efficacy. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and on - the - spot trial were used to carry out observation. Results The stock solution of the hand disinfection solution contained polyhexamethylene guanidine 4128 mg/L and 62.64% （v/v） ethanol. The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 25% （v/v） stock solution of the hand disinfection solution for 0.5 min were 7.35 and 5.46 respectively and the average killing logarithm value of Canida albicans exposed to the stock solution of the hand disinfection solution for 0.5 min was 6.39. 50% （v/v） calf serum in the bacterial suspension had no significant influence on the germicidal efficacy of the hand disinfection solution. Wiping disinfection of the hands with the stock solution of the hand disinfection solution for 1 min killed the natural bacteria on hands by a logarithm of 1.56 in average. Conelusions The hand disinfection solution has good germicidal efficacy and the organic substance has no significant influence on its germicidal efficacy.
