老年急性脑梗死患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9浓度的动态变化及临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 细胞外基质构成毛细血管基底膜的基本骨架,对于维持血脑屏障和脑血管完整性具有重要作用。Serana等提出了脑梗死发病机制的“细胞外基质破坏”学说,如何维持细胞外基质完整性从而有效缓解血管性水肿及神经元缺血坏死已成为近来研究的热点。研究表明,基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)参与急性脑梗死的病理过程。为此,我们检测了老年急性脑梗死后患者血清MMP-9浓度的动态变化,并探讨其临床意义。
