衰老进程中核转录因子-κB表达的变化 被引量：6

摘要 1986年Sen和Baltimore首次报道了核转录因子-κB（NF-κB）,由于它可以被多种刺激所激活,更由于它可以调节大多数细胞因子和多向调整细胞的生长发育、增殖和凋亡,而受到空前持续的关注。在衰老调控网络中，NF-κB在衰老进程的免疫障碍中扮演了核心角色，
