Design and development of an excellent instructional network teaching system is one of an important issue in network education. In the foundation of the brief introduction to the Struts frame work and Hibernate technology, this article introduces a design proposal of the network teaching platform based on Struts and Hibernate, elaborating functions and the frame work design of the system. At the same time, the article explains key techniques in detail.
