From the perspective of Xi-Xian economic integration, this paper makes an analysis of the present situation of ＂One-Line Tour＂ from Xi＇an to Xianyang, discovers the deep-seated problems in terms of scientific outlook on economic development, and then puts forward some suggestions and measures in accordance with mechanics of system on the Developing Strategies of＂One-line Tour＂ from Xi＇an to Xianyang.
