陕西省基层群众体育管理体制及其运行机制研究

Research of Management System and Its Movement Mechanism for Basic Unit Mass Sports in Shaanxi

对陕西省基层街道办事处、基层晨晚练点、体育社团的组织管理现状进行调查,探讨研究陕西省的基层群众体育管理体制及其运行机制,希望能对处在经济转型时期的群众体育管理改革提供理论上的指导,使其良性发展。

Shaanxi Province is situated at western China. Because of reasons like as economy, environment, history, the mass sports fall behind the economical developed area. On the investigation toward basic units including sub-district office, the spot for practicing in early morning, the sports mass organization, the author wants to study management situation and movement mechanism for the mass sports in Shaanxi Province .We hope to provide the theoretically instruction for sports management and development.
