摘要
21世纪是知识经济时代,知识经济赋予了我国高等教育人才观新的内涵。通过对我国高等教育3种典型的人才观的演进进行反思,认为高等教育的人才观必须是科学的、全面的人才观;在高等教育人才观的实践中应处理好3种关系,使我国高等教育更快更好地发展,以适应社会经济发展的需要。
The 21 st century is an era of knowledge economy which invests the Chinese higher educational outlook on talent resources with some new denotations. This paper, through a retrospection of the evolution of the three typical Chinese higher educational outlooks on talent, concludes that our higher educational outlook on talent must be comprehensive, scientific and appropriate in dealing with three relations so as to make the higher education progress faster and better to meet the demand of the social economic development.
