联合循环发电机组用汽轮机叶片钢B50A947A4的试制

摘要 本钢采用50 t电弧炉冶炼→LF炉精炼→浇注3 t电极→电渣重熔→保温→退火→800/650×4轧机流程生产叶片用Φ180圆钢(%:0.06-0.15C,0.25-0.80Mn,11.25-13.00Cr,≤0.30Mo,≤0.60N i,≤0.025P,≤0.010S)。电炉冶炼配料装入脱磷剂,扒出全部氧化渣。LF精炼吹氩,终脱氧喂A l线和Ca-S i线。经分析,各项技术指标满足标准要求。 A steel rod product Ф180mm used to make the turbine blade has been produced with following technological processes:smelting with 50t electric- are furnace, fine smelting with the low frequency furnace, 3t ingot casting, remehing, heat preservation, annea- ling, rolling with the mill 800/650×4. Its contents are measured as below:( % )0.06 - 0. 15C ,0.25 - 0. 80Mn, 11.25 - 13.00Cr, ≤ 0.30Mo, ≤0. 60Ni, ≤0.025P, ≤0.010S. As a result, all technological indexes fulfill the norm.
