宁夏环境质量与经济增长的库兹涅茨关系验证及成因分析

The Certification Analysis on the Relationship Between Economic Growth and Environmental Quality in Ningxia Province

本文选取宁夏1990～2004年经济与环境数据,建立人均GDP与工业“三废”排放量之间的计量模型,对经济发展与环境质量关系进行计量分析,得出宁夏地区环境库兹涅茨曲线（EKC）特征。研究表明：宁夏地区经济增长与环境污染程度之间不完全符合典型的EKC特征,废气与固体废物的环境质量改善转折点尚未到来。因此,应倡导发展循环经济,加大治污力度,实现地区经济发展与环境保护的双赢。

The Ningxia＇s EKC curve is formulated on the basis of the economic and environmental datas from 1990 to 2004 in Ningxia,and the measure model between the GDP and per capita three industrial waste emissons.Results show： According to the diagram of Ningxia＇s EKC curve,the cycle economy will contribute to abate the pressure to environment.So try to avoid the harness after pollution and make efforts to set up uhe cycle economy are beneficial for the harmonious environmental and economic development.
