摘要
近年来我国知识管理研究形成热潮并拓展到图书情报领域,由此引起图书馆知识服务模式研究的热潮。国内的知识服务模式可分为数字化参考咨询服务、专业化用户信息系统服务及知识管理服务模式。然而,这些模式仍然无法解决图书馆用户大量流失的问题。在综合国内外学者研究和图书馆实践的基础上,笔者提出了面向知识管理的建立在3个维度、4种服务基础上的我国图书馆知识服务的综合模式。
In recent years, there is an upsurge of research on knowledge management in China and it is expanding to library and information science field, resulting in an upsurge of research on library knowledge service model. The knowledge service model in China can be divided into digital reference service, specialized user information system service and knowledge management service. However, these models can not solve the problem of the loss of users in large numbers. Based on the summary of the studies of scholars and the practice of libraries at home and abroad, this paper puts forward an integrated model based on 3 dimensions and 4 services for library knowledge service in China.
