Discussion on New Platform for Joint Construction of Electronic Resources in University Libraries-Regional Group Purchase

通过分析由于传统采购模式存在的多种弊端而阻碍了高校图书馆共享资源平台的建立,深入阐述了以区域性高校图书馆集团采购模式搭建的一种新型电子资源共建平台的优势,并为高校图书馆搭建区域性集团采购模式提出了相应的实施策略。

By analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional pattern of the university libraries in purchasing electronic resources which hinders the establishment of the resources-sharing platform, this article gives a deep expatiation on the advantages of the new platform for joint construction of electronic resources based on regional group purchase. Strategies for university libraries to construct the regional group purchase mode are put forward.
