Construction of the Information Support System Based on Subject Librarian

针对制约学科馆员制服务深入的因素,提出应在现有条件下构建一个基于学科馆员制的信息支持系统。该支持系统由信息技术、信息资源、信息用户三部分构成。本文着重就信息技术的功能构造与实现机制原理,信息资源的类型与信息源的选择,信息资源的整合与规范,以及信息用户库的内容进行了详细分析与设计。

In accordance with the factors that restrict the development of information service based on subject librarian, this paper suggests that an information support system should be set up based on subject librarian. The information support system should be composed of information technology, information resources and information user. The paper emphatically analyzes the functional structure and construction mechanism of information technology, the type of information resources and the selection of information source, the integration and standardization of information resources, and the content of user database.
