摘要
目的探讨EphB4及其配体EphrinB2、微血管密度(microvessel density,mvd)和Ki-67在脑膜瘤中的表达及其病理学意义。方法采用组织芯片技术和MaxvisionTM快捷免疫组织化学染色方法检测56例脑膜瘤和14例对照外伤脑组织中EphB4/EphrinB2、mvd和Ki-67的表达。结果脑膜瘤组各实验指标明显高于对照外伤脑组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑膜瘤组织中EphB4和EphrinB2的表达与mvd成正相关(γs=0.721;γs=0.698P<0.01),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论EphB4和EphrinB2与脑膜瘤肿瘤血管生成密切相关,EphB4和EphrinB2的过度表达与肿瘤发展和促进肿瘤血管的生成起重要作用。应用EphB4/EphrinB2、mvd和Ki-67来判断脑膜瘤病理特征,是1个很好的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expressions of EphB4/EphrinB2,mvd and Ki-67 in human brain meningiomas, and to explore their significance in tumor pathology. Methods Expressions of EphB4,EphrinB2,mvd and Ki-67 were detected with Tissue Microarray technique and Maxvision shortcut immunohistochemistry in 56 cases of human meningiomas and 14 cases of traumatic brain tissues. Results The differences of expressions of EphB4, EphrinB2, mvd and Ki-67 between human meningiomas and controlled human traumatic brain tissues were significant (P 〈 0.05). Expression of EphB4/EphrinB2 was positively correlated with mvd in the human meningiomas (γs = 0. 721 ;γs = 0. 698, P 〈 0.01 ). No relationship between the expression of EphB4/EphrinB2 and age, sex and tumor site was noted ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion There was a close correlation between expression of EphB4/EphrinB2 and tumor angiogenesis in human meningiomas. Over expression of EphB4/EphrinB2 may be related to tumor development and promote tumor angiogenesis. EphB4/EphrinB2 ,mvd and Ki-67 are good reference parameters in evaluating pathologic characters of human brain meningiomas.
