摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉病变与血清热休克蛋白60(heat shock protein 60,HSP60)的相关性。方法选择2006年1月~2006年12月在本院住院的96例糖尿病患者,经冠状动脉造影分为合并冠心病组和冠状动脉正常组,于入院后12h内静脉采血,应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测其HSP60水平,并对HSP60和冠状动脉病变作相关分析。结果合并冠心病组HSP60水平明显高于冠状动脉正常组,并且多支病变组高于单支病变组。结论2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随着冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度加重,血清HSP60水平明显升高。监测2型糖尿病患者血清HSP60水平,对预测其冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的严重程度有一定意义。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) level and severity of coronary arterial lesion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods The venous blood samples were obtained from 96 patients in 12 hours after they were in hospital. The serum HSP60 levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay(ELISA). The patients of T2DM undergone coronary angiography were divided into T2DM with coronary heart disease group and normal coronary artery group. The relationship between HSP60 levels and the severity of coronary arterial lesion was observed. Results The HSP60 concentrations of T2DM with coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than that in normal coronary artery group,their level in patients with multi-vessel lesions were higher than those in patients with single-vessel lesion. Conclusion Higher level of HSP60 is associated with increased severity of coronary arthrosclerosis in T2DM. It suggests that serum concentrations of HSP60 can he a parameter for prognosticating the severity of coronary artherosclerosis in patients with T2DM.
